Katie's work is a blend of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and sports massage all applied through a graceful dance of Swedish technique transitions to wrap you up in a deep state of relaxation and relief. Sessions are customized with either a goal-oriented specific focus on your needs or a more general focus on relaxation and stress reduction.
